Our most complete ear care appointment, with a registered nurse — designed for first-time patients, GP referrals and recurring wax build-up, and for ears that need extra care and time.

Our promise: if we find your symptoms aren't caused by earwax, or micro-suction isn't suitable for you, you'll only pay our $135 Ear Examination Consultation fee.

Your regular six-monthly ear check and clean, for returning patients. Like a six-monthly dental check, most ears stay comfortable and clear with a gentle micro-suction clean every six months, before wax builds up to a blockage.

Your appointment includes:

•  Professional micro-suction earwax removal

•  Clear explanation of your ear health

First visit with us? Please book the Comprehensive Ear Care Consultation so we can assess your ears properly.

A short follow-up appointment designed for patients who have recently undergone earwax removal or a comprehensive ear care consultation and require a review within 4 weeks.

This appointment ensures your ears are healing well, symptoms have improved, and no residual wax or blockage remains.
This visit is ideal if you are still experiencing mild symptoms, had incomplete clearance previously, or were advised to return for a routine follow-up check.

Designed for returning patients (within 3 months) who require regular earwax management and ongoing ear health maintenance.

This appointment is ideal for patients who experience frequent wax build-up, wear hearing aids, use earplugs regularly, or benefit from routine 3-monthly ear care reviews.

This service helps maintain clear hearing, prevent blockage, and reduce the need for urgent appointments.

A professional ear examination for patients experiencing blocked ears, discomfort, reduced hearing, tinnitus, or ear-related concerns where wax may not be the main issue.

This consultation includes a detailed ear canal and eardrum assessment using clinical examination to identify possible causes such as earwax, infection, inflammation, pressure changes, or other ear conditions.

If no wax removal is clinically indicated, professional advice and appropriate next steps will be provided.
